Pasta
Bread
Soy sauce (unless it’s gluten free)
Sausages (unless they’re gluten free)
Anything that’s been in a deep frier that’s had gluten in it (cross-contamination!)
Some mustards
Vinegar
Most sauces
Beer

Lactose:

Milk
Cream
Cheese
Ice cream
Hellman’s low fat mayonnaise (it’s got milk in it!)
Most crisps
Pastries
Most sauces
Nearly all chocolate
